Technology & Engineering Emmy® Award - Great Start to 2007
2006 was an extremely successful year for PNY and NVIDIA. From the launch of the next generation of NVIDIA QUADRO FX by PNY graphic boards at NAB, through to the introduction of the world's first dedicated Visual Computing System – The NVIDIA Quadro Plex 1000, NVIDIA has proved once again that they are the worldwide leader in programmable graphics processor technologies.

2007 promises to be another good year. At CES on January 9th, NVIDIA was presented with a Technology & Engineering Emmy® Award from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. This prestigious award was given for NVIDIA’s pioneering work in near and real-time fully programmable shading via modern graphics processors.



New Products Launched in 2006
PNY Introduced the Next Generation of NVIDIA Quadro FX Graphic Boards for Professional Application Users at NAB 2006
The latest range of NVIDIA Quadro FX by PNY graphic boards were showcased at NAB 2006. This new line-up has been well received by leading workstation system integrators who are incorporating the next generation of NVIDIA Quadro® FX by PNY Technologies graphic boards into their professional workstation systems.

Included in this launch was a new family of ultra high-end graphic boards: the NVIDIA Quadro® FX 5500 by PNY with 1GB of dedicated graphics memory (available in SDI or Genlock/framelock versions), and the NVIDIA Quadro FX 4500 X2 by PNY with two GPU’s onboard.

PNY launches the NVIDIA Quadro® Plex 1000 at IBC in Amsterdam
Available in three distinct models, the NVIDIA Quadro Plex 1000 is ideal for high performance visualization clusters, oil & gas exploration and scientific & aerospace simulations.

2006 Blockbuster Year
The NVIDIA Quadro FX by PNY graphic boards played an integral part in the production of several Hollywood 2006 blockbuster movies.
